The 15cm size is perfect for my daughter's scraped knees — the big adult packs always felt awkward on her little legs. These activate fast and stay cold long enough to calm her down before the tears stop.

My 4-year-old took a tumble at the playground and the 15cm square was just right for her little knee, no wrestling with a huge adult pack. I keep a couple in my handbag now since they're so compact, and they activate instantly when you need one.

These instant ice packs are perfect for my daughter's soccer bag – the 15cm size is just right for little arms and legs. They activate quickly and stay cold long enough to calm a minor bump.
