The non-slip base actually stays put on our tile floor, which was my biggest worry with a toddler climbing on it. The soft-grip spots give her enough confidence to step up on her own without me hovering. Took her about a week to master it, now she insists on doing the whole routine herself.
My 3-year-old can finally reach the sink on his own, and the non-slip base means I don't have to hover behind him every time. It's light enough that he drags it around himself but stays put once he's standing on it.
The soft-grip areas really do help my toddler’s feet stay put, and the non-slip base hasn’t budged on our tile floor. Only wish the white finish were a bit easier to wipe clean, but it does the job perfectly.
