Bought this for our café's three-compartment sink and it cuts through grease on pans way better than the pink stuff we used before. The low foam is a lifesaver because it doesn't overflow the sink or leave residue on glasses. Five litres lasts us ages too.
I was skeptical about a detergent that also sterilizes, but after using it on our cutting boards and counters, the low-foaming formula rinses clean instantly and leaves no residue. The two 5-liter containers have already saved me time and money in the kitchen.
The low foam is the real win here—rinsing goes much faster than the sudsy stuff we used before, and the 5L containers last our kitchen ages. Only gripe is the cap is awkward to pour from when full.
