Kept one of these sachets in my hiking pack and finally used it on a small grease burn at camp. The gel stayed sterile in the foil packet and cooled the area straight away without stinging. The 3.5g size is just right for a single burn, though I wish the box came with more.

The individual sachets are perfect for tossing in a first aid kit, and the gel really does cool and soothe right away.

Bought these for the kitchen first aid drawer after a nasty splash burn. The 3.5g sachets are small but there's plenty of gel in each and it cooled the sting fast without stinging more. Only wish the box had a few larger ones for bigger spills.
