I was skeptical about a caustic-based liquid since our water is on the softer side, but it cuts through baked-on grease without any foaming issues in my machine. Two 5L jugs lasted us nearly a year, which works out way cheaper than the pods I used to buy.

Switched from tablets to this liquid and the difference is night and day—our glasses come out spotless even in our moderately hard water. A 10-liter supply lasts forever, which is great for a busy household. The real bonus is that it doesn't leave any suds or residue behind, just clean dishes.

After three months of soft water here, this finally stopped leaving the white film my old pods did, and a 5L bottle lasts forever. Only gripe is that you really have to measure it out each time since there's no scoop included.
