Bought these for our deli because the sanitizer we used before kept drying out my hands. Nice that there's no alcohol or quat, and the wipes stay active on the probe for up to 30 days so I'm not re-sanitizing between every temp check. Four packs of 200 means I won't run out for ages.

I handle raw chicken constantly for work and these being alcohol free means no harsh smell or dry hands after a full shift. The 30-day residual action on surfaces is a nice bonus I didn't expect, and the 4x200 pack lasts me ages.

These wipes are fine for wiping down probes, and I like that they're alcohol-free so they don't leave a sticky residue. The 30-day active coating is a nice idea but I can't really tell if it's working day to day, and the pack seems to dry out quickly once opened.
