12″ Baking Parchment x1 Roll

I've stopped greasing my cake tins entirely since switching to this — the cakes just slide right out. The roll is a good width for my 12-inch pans, so I'm not wasting sheets or overlapping them.

Nothing sticks to this stuff, not even sticky toffee pudding. I just line the tin and skip greasing entirely, and the cakes slide out clean every time. The roll is 12 inches wide so it fits my standard tins without any folding or trimming.

I used to coat every tray with butter, but this parchment really does release everything cleanly thanks to the siliconised coating on both sides. The 12-inch width fits my standard sheets perfectly, and I've baked cookies for a week without a single stuck edge.
